The Yamaha Pacifica 812WX is similar to the Yamaha Pacifica 812W but has a quilted maple top and gold hardware.  The guitar is made-in-Taiwan and has an offset double-cut strat like alder body and a Wilkinson VS100 floating tremolo. The guitar also features gold hardware, sperlzel locking tuners 2 Seymour Duncan SSL-1 single coils in the neck and middle position and a Seymour Duncan 59 humbucker in the bridge position. The Yamaha Pacifica 812W has to be the best Pacifica ever made. Even in the 25 years that followed its initial release no other model (besides maybe the 612v, 812v or the Mike Stern model) has matched its quality.
